Baffin Island (Tete Blanche)

A ski touring expedition culminating in an ascent of the highest peak on Baffin Island, Tete Blanche 2156m. The expedition will also carry out a ski ascent of the highest point on Baffin island, an un-named snow dome on the southern extent of the Penny Icecap. The expedition will involve multi day ski touring with pulks passing beautiful peaks en route to the mountain, like the famous Mt Asgard. Baffin is a truly beautiful arctic wonderland and offers travel through one of the most beautiful and pristine environments in the Arctic. Skidoo access logistics required to reach the edge of the National Park. A chance to visit the remote Inuit settlement of Pangnirtung.

Flights via Ottawa and Iqaluit to Pangnirtung.
